Venture up the Forest Heights and find the elegant Birkendene Estate Sale. This is a large home full of practically brand new furniture and fine art. The owner of the estate had recently moved in with all their treasures and values to be closer to family and purchased brand new furniture before a sudden passing. The home is full of like-new Restoration Hardware sofas, chairs, tables and other accent furniture, as well as some vintage McGuire and Baker pieces and other lovely things. Given how short the time they lived here, there is no real rubble to sort through, and everything is top notch and in great condition. Fine Art, including popular PNW artists Sally Haley and Charles Heaney. Chinese porcelains and Asian pottery. Vintage clothing and handbags. Toys, board and card games, and collectible dolls and accessories. Sporting goods, featuring a ping pong table and NordicTrack treadmill. Kitchen ware, pots & pans, dishes, and silverware.
Important Details
- There is no list. Numbers are handed out at 9am the FIRST DAY OF THE SALE ONLY.
- If there is a large crowd we let small groups of people in at a time until everyone is happily shopping.
- Your number will hold your place in line, which means that once you get your number, you can leave the venue and return once the doors open.
- We accept cash, check, visa & debit cards for payments.
- All sales are final and must be picked up on the day of the sale unless other arrangements are discussed.
- We offer a holding area for you to place your goods while shopping.
- We do not allow large bags, boxes or backpacks; no exceptions.
